Protect worksheet:-
i)Open the excel 2003 and go to the Tools menu option and click on protection
ii)Click on Protect workbook
iii)You will get a dialog box with some options with checkbox such as "Structure" and Windows. If you check on structure then it will prevent from adding or deleting and modifying the worksheet of workbook. If you check on windows then it prevents to move or resize the window.
iv) Give the password you want to protect with
v) It will ask again for the conformation of the password so enter the same password and click on OK. Now the workbook is protected.You can also protect the cells and worksheet of the workbook.
